i have the worst memory ever, and it's not even a recent thing. i always forget details of what i read, even when i love the story. so sometimes i try to make a habit of documenting my reads with comments, reactions, and sometimes even screenshots of certain parts. just a heads-up, the comments are in portuguese and this is not spoiler-free! proceed at your own risk.
